The outstanding support, care and attention to detail by this company, both in the office and with our driver, gave us the BEST of any trip we've ever had in visiting Italy (which we've done 5 times in 12 years). The excellent attention to every detail, the quick responses and excellent communications gave us a very secure feeling before and during our 2-week vacation which included visiting 4 regions of Italy and experiencing many excellent tours that Anna set up along the way. We loved it so much that we want to go back sooner than we thought just because we want to work with Anna and the team again - including our awesome driver, Giulio! Giulio was very helpful in ways beyond his excellent driving skills!

He went above and beyond in every possible way and was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and never once rushed us. After spending five days together, he honestly felt like part of our family. What made this experience even more special is that Danilo helped our family research our Italian roots. He personally took us to the village, asked locals for information, and genuinely cared about helping us connect with our family history. That moment alone made this trip unforgettable for us. The trip was fantastic. Perfect location with beautiful accommodations and the trips booked through JB were excellent. Our travel advisor, Anna, was the best. She patiently listened to our requests and designed a program that included everything we wanted. Most importantly, she checked with us throughout the travel to ensure we were getting everything we needed and were happy and she help rearrange portions of the trip based on changes we required.
